About Maison Trusong
Maison Trusong is a house of curated ingredients, born at the crossroads of Asia and Europe.
We offer two lines: Kaluga caviar from Thousand Islands Lake, China — inspected and packed in Korea — and Italian truffle specialties from Umbria: honey, pesto, balsamic cream, peanut butter, and finishing oil.
Our founder has years of experience working directly with producers in China and supplying high-end ingredients such as truffles, matsutake mushrooms, and caviar to demanding clients. Maison Trusong is the result of this network: technically precise, honestly presented, and composed for partners who understand the difference.
