Maison Trusong is a caviar house born at the crossroads of Asia and Europe.
We source our caviar from select farms in Thousand Islands Lake, China – a freshwater lake renowned for its clarity and stable ecosystem – and we curate, inspect, and pack under Korean quality standards.
Our founder has years of experience working directly with producers in China and supplying high-end ingredients such as truffles, matsutake mushrooms, and caviar to demanding clients. Maison Trusong is the result of this network: a range of caviars that are technically precise, honestly presented, and crafted for chefs who understand the difference.
